Organic beef from Waldviertler Blondvieh – you can taste the difference!

In addition to its incomparable taste, the meat can be recognized by its fine grain, delicate marbling, low fat cover and strong color. This is mainly due to the fact that the breed grows slower compared to others and the muscles have more time to grow.

Interesting: Depending on the rearing country and region, each meat gets a slightly different flavor due to different food. If the animals from Argentina enjoy the lush grass of the pampas, their relatives from Ireland graze on slightly salty meadows – caused by wind and sea. In Austria, our cattle have more herbs and meadow flowers on the menu and, depending on the location, additional minerals from the soil.

Our meat comes exclusively from organic farms in Austria, because here the cattle are raised sustainably and have the opportunity to grow slowly and in accordance with their nature under the best conditions. The cattle of our farmers enjoy outdoor grazing and are thus fed 100% with grass and herbs. The owners of the farms are just as convinced as we are that cattle do not need technical aids.
