Cutting board (approx. 31 x 20 cm)
We work with the Viennese carpentry Holzente, where these great unique pieces are made by hand. Each board is made from regional walnut wood and is unique in its appearance. In order to retain the natural character of the wood, the front edge is given a natural sanding – adapted to the curved grain. The side edges are cut at an angle to make the board easier to lift. The image, lettering and logo are burned in several layers by laser to ensure a long-lasting image. Finally, each board is oiled several times with natural resin oil, which provides natural protection for a long time, even with frequent use.
Walnut wood offers perfect conditions for cutting boards because it is hard enough to be durable but not too hard so that knives do not lose their sharpness. In addition, this type of wood has a particularly high proportion of tannic acids, which have an antibacterial effect and kill germs.
Care: This cutting board is not suitable for the dishwasher. After use, it can simply be washed with water without detergent and left to air dry. The board should be re-oiled from time to time. We recommend food-grade natural resin oils, but you can also use olive oil or other cooking oils. However, these offer less protection and can become rancid after a while.
Damascus folding knife
This knife is made by hand and features a 7 cm long Damascus steel blade made of 67 layers. The approx. 2.5 mm thick blade is particularly sturdy and sharp with a Rockwell hardness of 60 – 61. As with the cutting board, walnut is used as the handle material here. For its own protection, a so-called “linerlock” locking mechanism is built in to prevent unintentional folding. For external protection, a protective leather cover and a small gift box are included. Not only the look, but also the quality of workmanship make this folding knife a very special gift.
Care: This folding knife is not suitable for the dishwasher. Water and washing-up liquid can be used for cleaning, but it must always be dried thoroughly afterwards to prevent rusting. The multi-layered steel is basically rust-resistant, but improper handling can still cause rust stains.

Sonnentor Ayurvedic Magic Salt
From Sonnentor we get this “salt of life” from the province of Punjab. The untreated crystal salt is ideal for preserving food and for seasoning soups, sauces, meat and vegetable dishes, etc. The taste is milder and not so strong. The taste is milder and not as salty as commercial table salt.

In order to have the most popular spices always and everywhere at hand, we have created these practical key rings. The two small capsules contain small screwable containers in which we have filled the included spices from Sonnentor, which can be refilled as needed or also exchanged for other spices.
SNACKIFY Matcha Chicken
Of all the recipes we initially designed and tested, Matcha Chicken was the first to thoroughly delight. The combination of high-quality organic farm-raised chicken and mildly nutty cashews simply harmonises perfectly with our spicy, refreshing lemongrass. Matcha (green tea powder) – together with the other ingredients – gives the bar its particularly harmonious taste and smell, which you’ll find in the “SNACKIFY Matcha Chicken” variety.
