Preparation:
- Melt the fat: Remove the paper band and the foil. Then place the steak in its original packaging in the oven at 50°C until the fat has melted. This usually takes about half an hour.
- Drain the fat: Take the steak out of the oven and packaging and let it drain until excess fat has dripped off.
- Grill or broil: Grill or pan fry the steak until it reaches the desired doneness.
- Serve and enjoy: Enjoy the tender and smoky flavor of our SMOKED STEAKS made with BIO meat.
