Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all prices quoted by us include value added tax.

We currently deliver to the following countries:

Austria

Within Austria we charge a flat rate of EUR 4.90 (incl. VAT) per order for packaging and shipping.
From an online order value of EUR 45,- (incl. VAT) the delivery is free of shipping costs!

Germany

Within Germany we charge a flat rate of EUR 4.90 (incl. VAT) per order for packaging and shipping.
From an online order value of EUR 45,- (incl. VAT) the delivery is free of shipping costs!

Payment methods

Payment can be made by credit card, PayPal, instant bank transfer or cash in advance.

1. credit card

Your credit card will not be charged until the order is completed.

2. paypal

Your PayPal account or credit card account will not be charged until the order is completed. With this payment service provider your data is already stored in your customer account. You can find further information about paying via PayPal at: https://www.paypal.com/at/webapps/mpp/personal

3. instant bank transfer

TÜV tested payment system, where a direct transfer is made via online banking.

4. advance payment

The ordered goods will be delivered after receipt of payment. The amount due is to be transferred to the following account, stating the invoice number as reason for payment:
