Lemongrass

Whether fresh or dried – lemon grass is used in the kitchen as a spice or for the preparation of teas. It is also excellent for giving herbal teas a fresh, exotic note. The taste is – again the name says it all – intense lemon without the acidity of real lemons. Instead you get a peppery aftertaste with a slight pungency.

We love the use in chicken or fish dishes and our bars. In the future we will certainly create one or the other variety with lemongrass in addition.
